NQWLS is a not for profit, specialist community legal service. It is run by women, for women. NQWLS seeks to empower women, to promote safety for women and children and to contribute to societal change that will support a better quality of life for women and their children by:
Providing free, accessible, high quality, holistic legal services;
Providing education about injustice and inequity experienced by women; and
Engaging in collaborative work to create change in policy and the law.
Our vision is access to justice for the women of rural, regional and remote Queensland and, with your support, we can achieve it.
