Acknowledgement of Country
NQWLS acknowledges the traditional owners of all the land upon which we are privileged to work and live, stretching north from Sarina to Cape York and out to the Northern Territory border.
We recognise their continuing connection to land, water and culture and pay our respects to their elders past, present and emerging. Sovereignty was never ceded. It was, and always will be, their land.
